For the past 25 years, Founder, Kristine Fotland, LMT, MBA, has made it her life’s work shed light on those who are living with anxiety, depression, self-injury, and thoughts/attempts of suicide. Empowering and inspiring people through fellowship, empathy, relationships, education, and compassion, has been Kristine’s journey for many years. In the past, she’s helped empower women through entrepreneurship, art, mindfulness, bodywork, change of perspective, service, and self-expression. More recently, this focus was formalized when she became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker in the City of North Kansas City, MO. Warr;or Bodywork and Massage, her massage therapy startup, quickly evolved and grew in just a few short months. Unspoken partnerships and bonds formed on her massage table, which developed into a vision to bring together a community of people to experience the POWER of HEALING though ALL arts!
“A semicolon is used when an author could’ve chosen to end their sentence, but chose not to. The author is you, and the sentence is your life.” – Amy Bleuel, Project Semicolon
Kristine has found personal empowerment and hope through changing her self-talk from “victim” or “survivor” to “WARRIOR”!
In June of 2017, construction began on a new facility to bring together community and facilitate healing through many types of art! The Warriors’ Purpose, LLC, Healing and Creative Arts Center will open in August of 2017, and will impact, improve, and empower the lives of many people in the community.
